Nothing warms you up for the day like a bit of circuit training! This week a few of Onside's finest got together for a session on how to run a fun and appropriate circuit training session for primary aged boys and girls.
We all learnt how to combine exercises and activities that tested our leg, core and arm muscles, as well as our coordination, and how these could be organised effectively in a school setting.
And of course, it would be rude not to try out the activities ourselves, just to see how testing they were. It certainly helped to blow away the morning cobwebs, that's for sure!
