PE Testimonial - Clifton Primary

Onside Coaching East Warwickshire have supported the transformation of our PE provision. Lottie and her team’s passion have shone through and given so many of our children a new outlook on Physical Education. As a school, we follow IPEP planning and Onside have taken the plans and adapted them to be class specific. They also assess the children each half term on a specific topic, giving class teachers an overall view on how the children are growing.

Every lesson is well organised, and whilst offering a wide variety of sports, they have maintained and delivered outstanding quality lessons. Onside bring all their own equipment to use during PE and Extra Curricular Clubs, allowing us to concentrate on providing equipment for break and lunch times.

We are absolutely delighted with the impact of having Onside at our school. They are always encouraging our children to try new sports and continue to achieve. Lottie actively organises many competitions within the Rugby area, which has also given our children a chance to represent their school. This is vital to offer the competitive aspect, but we have also had many children enter competitions in sports which are new to them.

Over the last 2 years, our children have been able to develop fundamentals skills which will prepare them for the future. Our clubs are continuing to expand and as a result we are able to continue to introduce new sports to our children. We are proud to offer 7 Extra Curricular Clubs throughout the week with Onside, using their website and professional booking system, taking any work away from our office staff. Before Onside, our club numbers were averaging 6 children, clubs are now full or close to being fully booked. We continue to have fantastic feedback from our parents, who are complimentary of Onside and the service they offer to our school.

Onside also offered a Multi Sports holiday course during the summer holidays. This allowed parents access to affordable, reliable childcare on their doorstep. Children thrived off being familiar with the coaches and their surroundings and had 6 weeks of brilliant fun.
